Our History, Our Diversity

The Fort Bend History Museum offers a unique monthly speaker series titled “Our History, Our Diversity,” which began in March 2022. Held in our revitalized museum gallery and event space, these lectures are designed to elevate, celebrate, and illuminate the diverse stories and individuals of Fort Bend County. Through engaging talks and interactive workshops, attendees can deepen their understanding of our local heritage and connect with the vibrant community that shapes our history. Join us for these enriching experiences that contribute to preserving and sharing the cultural richness of our area.

Unwind With Watercolor

6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, THURSDAY, MAY 14th

Back by popular demand, come join us at the Fort Bend Museum and paint away your stresses and anxieties as local artist Sarah Beth Baca guides you through the process of working with watercolors! No experience is needed, and all supplies will be provided. This gallery gathering was a hit last time so don’t hesitate to reserve your spot now as space is limited!
