The Fort Bend History Museum offers a range of engaging events throughout the year, aimed at bringing the rich history of Fort Bend County to life. These events provide an educational and enjoyable experience for visitors of all ages, whether you’re a history enthusiast or simply looking for a unique outing.

This event invites you to enjoy a night under the stars with live music, dancing, museum tours, and sample tastings from local food and beverage vendors.

These tours take place during the holiday season, with all proceeds benefiting the educational and preservation efforts of the museum.
The Fort Bend History Museum offers a unique monthly speaker series titled “Our History, Our Diversity,” which began in March 2022. Held in our revitalized museum gallery and event space, these lectures are designed to elevate, celebrate, and illuminate the diverse stories and individuals of Fort Bend County. Through engaging talks and interactive workshops, attendees can deepen their understanding of our local heritage and connect with the vibrant community that shapes our history. Join us for these enriching experiences that contribute to preserving and sharing the cultural richness of our area.
