Weddings

The historic Moore Home grounds are a serene setting to host your special day. The grounds are shaded by a large Magnolia tree that was planted over 60 years ago and blanketed in roses, azaleas and seasonal blooms. The home sits on a quiet street in the heart of downtown Richmond. All pathways can be lit with wrought iron candle holders. We offer a changing area for the bride and a kitchen facility.

Wedding and Reception
Moore Home grounds rental fee ($375) plus $10 per person. This fee includes:
* White resin chairs
* Appropriate number of 60" round tables (8 chairs per table)
* Rectangular tables for food/gifts
* White linens and skirting
* Complete set-up and dismantling of event

Receptions Only
You can choose a combination of any part of our grounds. In addition to the grounds rental fee ($375), a per person fee of $10 will be charged. This fee includes: * White resin chairs
* Appropriate number of 60" round tables (8 chairs per table)
* Rectangular tables for food/gifts
* White linens and skirting
* Complete set-up and dismantling of event

Wedding (Ceremony Only)
The Moore Home grounds rental fee ($375) plus $8 per person. This fee includes:
* White resin chairs
* Rectangular tables (if needed)
* Complete set-up and dismantling of event

Maximum capacity is 250. Please note that an 8.25% tax fee is applied to all rentals. A security guard is required for all events that will be serving alcohol (we will schedule that for you). The Moore Home Grounds Rental fee is $375 per 4 hours. Additional hours are $125.

The Moore Home Grounds Include: The Moore Home Front Porch, Side Lawn and Veranda.
